Congratulations, have you told the good lady that you’re naming your daughter Harry Pochy Boo Boo

Hugo MOTM no doubt
Eriksen was shaky, shit crosses and set pieces
Winks was solid in such a big game.
Sissoko was shit
Defense was outstanding, under continuous pressure.
Serge needs to reel it in a bit on the tackling
Verts not much of an attacking presence against this squad
Good to see Rose again.

Sissoko was shit? Fuck off you dumb cunt, he had a cracking game! Actually watch the game before fomenting next time, you dumb cunt.

Couldn’t give a fuck what other people are saying, that was a gutsy performance and a deserved point. Missing 5 potential starters. Christ man can you imagine our squad when everyone is healthy? No depth? Fucking morons.

1 GK Hugo Lloris (captain)
2 DF Kieran Trippier
3 DF Danny Rose
4 DF Toby Alderweireld
5 DF Jan Vertonghen (third captain)
6 DF Davinson Sánchez
7 FW Son Heung-min
10 FW Harry Kane (vice-captain)
11 MF Érik Lamela
12 MF Victor Wanyama
13 GK Michel Vorm
15 MF Eric Dier
17 MF Moussa Sissoko
18 FW Fernando Llorente
19 MF Mousa Dembélé
20 MF Dele Alli
23 MF Christian Eriksen
24 DF Serge Aurier
29 MF Harry Winks
33 DF Ben Davies

2 of those guys wouldn’t even make the bench.
Tried saying it last year albeit without the new guys....look at Chelsea, Liverpool Woolwich and Utds back up ffs.
Chelsea bench in the Palace loss:
Scott, Christianson, Rudiger, Pedro, Zapacosta, Musonda..

Sorry....WHO??

Morata and Kante out and their season is over. No pundits saying Chelsea lack depth though?
Or their manager is tactically limited?

Hmmmm

Been lurking here for years, not much of a poster though.

Just want to say, yes it's a draw, but so proud of everyone tonight. Sissoko was immense, Winks was solid, Sanchez was inspiring.

This is the best champions league team bar none, and we fought them for a draw. Some will shit on that but for me, I can't be happier. Missing so many first teamers, performing that well, honestly I've been in tears emotional.

Bring on the next fucking challenge.

COYS!!

Very happy with the point. Very poised display. If we moved the ball quicker I think we would have had more opportunities but that’s about my only quibble. Hugo was immense. Cat like.

One thing on the TV here. When Jan went down and Ronaldo got a yellow, the commentator was going off on Jan as a serial play actor. Wtf? Ok, that was a bit much on Ronaldo, but I’ve never considered him one for dramatics. Someone must have adjusted his operating system back at the robotics lab.

Ok enough of that.

Fuck yes!

Jan has shown on a couple of occasions his love of amateur dramatics. Mostly to emphasise snide attempts at giving him a dig, but he does have a sniper victim side to his game that's uneasy on the eye.

Zidane:

"We aren’t happy as we were at home and we always want to win, but we had our chances. There were two great keepers and we also hit the post. They defended and worked well, it was a logical result. The problem is always about getting an early goal. If you do that, then great but conceding allows them to take a step back. They know how to defend well."

Keylor Navas:

“Today was a game for keepers. It’s hard to score goals and we tried but we just could not get more today. We wanted a clean sheet, too, but sometimes you can’t do anything about it. I’m sure in the future we’ll keep more.”

Happy days! And dual nationality for the little one.

Because he put the team and the result ahead of any personal feelings. Supporters should do the same.

It was a stroke of genius. If he brings back Rose in a game we are cruising 3-0 then the anti-Danny agenda has a chance to take hold - booing the player. By brining him on at such a crucial stage, away, in such an important game only the most blinkered boo boys would make a fuss.

I thought Eriksen was alright. He was isolated and Modric was all over him, but the only one in the front line who really shined was Sissoko. Modric definitely looked the better player, but he is one of the worlds best. Hopefully this means Eriksen failed his ‘audition’ and will be at the club long-term
Yes I thought people are being very harsh on Eriksen. Obviously not his best game, but this was against Real Madrid for god's sake. He and Kane were very tightly marked. He needs space and he was absolutely starved of it by possibly the best midfield in Europe. They were on his heels all the time. He still made a few decent link ups.

He put in some OK corners too; just didn't come off last night.

Their bench is very good if you know just a little about football outside of Tottenham

So much love for our whole team, absolutely bursting with pride.
What an amazing bunch Pochettino has assembled, and nurtured.... and how good is he?
Like the team, he is also taking stuff up another notch this season.
