Yeah, a lot of football shows has become a cottage industry for feckless ex-footballers who want to stay in the limelight and get paid more than the average annual salary without even doing a full day's work.

Lots of people ranting 'I've not watched MOTD or Football Focus in years! Cancel them!' are completely showing themselves up.

You don't watch them and that's fine.

Lots of people do watch them, including, I would imagine, many kids who love football and for who it may be their only method of watching the Premier League.

Just because you don't watch. Just because you think it's pointless. Just because you think it's a waste of time. It doesn't mean it's not of value to others.

Try not just thinking about yourself.
 
Whoever decided to get rid of lineker made a huge mistake. It would be great if that person had to resign or make a grovelling apology first, which i think will be the case considering the overwhelming support gary has gotten.
