Legend Graham Roberts

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

This is a good reminder for us blokes out there that once we reach a certain age, we should always take up the offer of a free PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) Test, which are often provided by charities such as PCaSO - Prostate Cancer Support Organisation (who cover the area where I live). The PSA test won't tell you for definite if you have prostate cancer, but it gives a good indication of the likelihood, and therefore whether you need follow up tests.

I was diagnosed with Protate Cancer, and had Brachytherapy 10 years ago. In hospital for 3 days, had a few after effects, but nothing major, and PSA is now negligable.
I have advised a lot of people since to go down that course, and all have found it much more effective than others who have chosen, surgery or Radiotherapy.
As long as you catch it early a lot can be done.
Good luck Graeme!

Definition of a Legend!

This brings me to Statues - I've been told this many times before but I don't know if it's actually true that
  • Tottenham Club Policy: The club has a "no statue policy" to honour their heroes.
Is this actually true or is this due to the fat they don't have the permission to do so due to the location of the stadium?

What a different football world we are now in .

For all the changes at elite football so many players found their way from non league football to the highest levels in English football. GR was a bargain buy from Weymouth who a year or too later sold a goalkeeper to Spurs Peter Guthrie who should have found his way into the first team but for a variety of reasons that didn’t happen.
Weymouth like many clubs were paid decent money but the advent of Bosman and the PL impacted . Remember Andy Townsend, Shaun Teal, Steve Claridge ? All came like Graham Roberts came from Weymouth I very much doubt any would even be looked at in the current era.
