If you want to compete on all fronts then you can't take chances in your squad and we've done that. Squad is still way too light. It shouldn't have got to this but at least now we have to address it in January and buy a proper keeper who is of similar level to vicario and let them fight it out. We have enough games between all comps to justify it anyway

I get he was voted the nicest bloke by his teammates but does that warrant us fucking risking the whole season on Vicario not getting an injury ffs?
Gooner scum got rid of Ramsdale and within a day or 2 (or even the same day) brought in Bournemouths number 1 keeper to be their back up keeper. Like I said, I get our captain and other key players really like Forster but are we a fucking charity?
I used to be a go for my school u12s team. I’ll give it a go.
No point crying about it, we have to get on with it. Forster is not a washed up fraud like Joe Hart when he was here, we saw against Galatasaray that he can still make saves. Yes he’s slow and less assured in the ball than Vic but he’s also a bloody big bastard, he brings some different qualities.
With a good run of games and the confidence of his team mates I hope he can get us through to January at least. Probably minimum 6 weeks out for Vic.
