Not the entire reason for the goal, but once the corner kick was in the air Marmoush broke free and made contact with Viccario. It looked like Betancour lost him. Was it the whole reason for the goal, no, but did it affect his ability to make a better move to follow the ball, probably.
Shocking defending, nobody even bothers to track De Ligt's run. They thought the game was over and won already. Bunch of sissies don't like to push themselves, don't like to hurt...they're like a boxer who's just there to punch the other guy but runs away when the opponent dares throw some back. Watching the goal again, Vicario could maybe come and get the ball. A United player brushes in front of him which seems to distract him and by then it's too late and Johnson has let De Ligt have a free header.
It's not an easy one to claim as it's going beyond the back post but he should be at least getting involved in the scrap. If he misses it and they score then that's one thing but he didn't try to impose himself. Johnson is still the main one at fault though, criminal to let someone have a free header like that.

The goal is a carbon copy of the goal Sarr scored at West Ham, just we’re on the receiving end.
Bentancur is the no1 culprit in that situation, he ends up facing his own goal and got pinned by Luke Shaw. This denies Vicario any opportunity to come and deal with the ball, because they are both in his way. He realised this and takes a step back because if there is an attempt on goal he will need more time to make a reaction save.
