He's the first fecker Frank should have replaced and is now going to pay for it. Many have defended Vic for his shot stopping completely ignoring the weaknesses in the rest of his game.

The best managers do. Remember Fergie and Jim Leighton? And you're right, it's amazing that more managers don't sort out what needs sorted out. Could have sold this fool in the summer, and really it would be VERY easy to replace him with someone significantly better. I'd reckon that half a dozen Champo keepers are better than this guy.

Besides the point anyway. If you are a serious manager, surely you'd know Vicario is one that needs to be urgently replaced if you stand any chance of consistently winning games.
Vicario is never going to be a GK for an elite side, he's a disaster.
Not only does he make countless errors and flaps on crosses, he's actually shit with his kicking too. So it's not even like he's a ball playing GK you make allowances for.
Unofficially, it was clear he had leader traits last season and came out to speak with the media many times
I don't really recall many people asking for Vic to be replaced in the Summer anyway, he wasn't our biggest issue and we had and still have glaring holes in our squad
Obviously needs to be replaced this Summer though as he's gone backwards.
He's arrogant and full of himself. I wouldn't call those leader traits. He berates young players on the pitch, and never takes responsibility when he makes one of his many fuck ups. He's not a leader at all.
I've been asking to replace him for 18 months at least.
