agreed but this would be such an overreach…. Sounds like FFP is being scrapped anyway
All the guests were talking about him going to City for £160m and the media got wind and ran with the story. Was on the front page of the rag this is the Sun newspaper.
Yeah at Charlie's wedding it was apparently the talk of the place and was leaked deliberately to the media. I would think more of him if he just threw in a transfer request and publicly said I want to go.
....hang on....I have just read "happy" comments from Spurs fans about Cristian Romero rumours that says he's set on leaving Atalanta for Spurs and then, of course, Atalanta should not keep him against his will.... But when it comes to Kane it's are different rules that apply...
Why is Kane a "cunt" for wanting to leave Spurs while Romero is a "hero" for wanting to leave his club to join Spurs...?
"And to my darling bride. You are the most beautiful thing that I have seen since I got the text message from the Manchester City sporting director. Let us build a loving and warm home using the millions I will earn for chucking my brothers to a oil doped football team".Imagine using your wedding day as a vehicle to push your brother's move between 2 kickball clubs...
What a lucky lady his wife is. Bet he dropped it into his speech too...
The cunt.
I can't imagine doing a no-show does much to improve your bonuses, thoughI remember Alasdair Gold saying in a video a while back that players don’t really like to put in transfer requests as it affects the bonuses they receive.
Point is theres a way to behave and then theres what Kane has done today...unless he's phoned in sick with a tummy ache.Nevertheless, his opinion - about wanting to leave Atalanta - has made it to the press...
Did I say he did not turn up to training? He's got no reason so far as his club - following his wish - entered into negotiations to sell him. Should he skip training because it's taking such a long time?
Romero is on a loan deal with an option to buy - which Atalanta has decided to exercise. With the permission of Romero. So he's not really on loan any longer- otherwise, Spurs would have been negotiating with Juve and not Atalanta.
Sorry but I've no idea what point you're trying to make here?Man City may not have made an official bid yet but it's just a question of time.
Otherwise, why would Kane not turn up for training? Do you think Kane's refusing to turn up as a protest that Man City or any other club for that sake have NOT made a bid for him? Or that Kane's simply sending a "message" to other clubs that he's available before any bids are made..?
Well, you are free to think so

It's not the same at all. We're excited that we're going to get a good CB that is turning up to training etc.Atalanta have already agreed to sell him and have been negotiating a possible deal for him for around 3 weeks now, so he's got no reason not to turn up for training - he's training to be match fit when he joins Spurs
This means: Atalanta are not refusing to sell him.
It's being scrapped now anyway

Football's financial fair play rules to be ripped up after Covid crisis
Football’s financial fair play rules are to undergo dramatic change with the key break-even measure declared ‘purposeless’ by Uefawww.theguardian.com
Yeah I saw that but let's be realistic if he's getting 400k a week at City plus a hefty signing on fee he could well afford it. Even publicly saying I want out is more decent than this nonsense IMO.I remember Alasdair Gold saying in a video a while back that players don’t really like to put in transfer requests as it affects the bonuses they receive.
Huh?
As a founding member, and Vice President, of the Rocky Mountain chapter of The Royal Society for the Appreciation of Benoit….I applaud your avatar. There is no financial fair play, FFP is not enforceable as proven when City won their case at CAS. The whole world knows City’s financial arrangements are dodgy. The authorities don’t want to stop them. They just want it to look like they tried. PSG’s chairman is on UEFA’s executive committee FFS.

Well, no one can force us to sell. If Harold wants to sit grumpy at home, I say let him.
This is kinda what i mean, the elite level sports stars are so detached from reality. The club can never win - they just have to get what they can financially from interested parties as the ultimate in "discipline" (ie. being sacked) is not an option. He would absolutely love to be sacked. Imagine the signing on fee if he were a free agent. It's where his power comes from.
