That isn't my point. My point is you're still talking about low shot accuracy as if it proves anything, when it doesn't. If you don't rate Kane that's fine, you're entitled to say so. His big game record has flaws, as do other elements of his game.

But you ruin your other arguments when you talk about him having a low shooting %. Drogba's shot accuracy wasn't a flaw, it was normal. Henry's was the same as Kane's, Aguero's was lower at 42%. At some point it's not a flaw when it's at this % level, it's just the norm for great players.

And at no point during this exchange have I said whether Kane is world class or not. That's entirely subjective. I just don't like that you're still trying to say he only scores a lot because he shoots a lot, when you could make the same mundane argument about every great striker who ever kicked a ball.

Drogba might have, his accuracy was 35% ... which is significantly lower than Kane or any of the 4-5 other elite forwards I've mentioned.

What does this have to do with Kane and the fact he doesn't have low shooting accuracy though? Who is it low in comparison with, Calvert Lewin? But not any of the actually elite forwards of his generation, who are probably more worthy of comparing him with.

Just accept you're wrong about Kane having low shooting percentages and move on.

I don't understand how that's relevant to the point that Kane doesn't have low shooting accuracy, which is what you're saying. You're trying to distract from that by trying to make a totally different point which I don't want to engage in.

See how this is going round and round in circles, when you could've just gone 'okay yeah, kane doesn't actually have a low shooting %'. Instead you're trying to make out I'm trying to make a wider point .. which I'm not.

This is how these threads end up convoluted messes.

Kane isn't the type of striker to take the ball from his own half and carry it to the opposition's box. In the same way Vardy isn't the kind of striker to get his back to goal and ping a pass perfectly to a wide player. Every striker has their strengths and weaknesses than the team play around, which we did terribly in that final.

The players who don't have any notable weaknesses are generational, Ballon d'or talents, which Kane isn't, and I don't think anyone on here thinks he is.
