So you would be fine if he walks for free and goes to say City or Manu for free when we can make money off of them?

Why not sell him and get that money to buy players?

Why not give the new manager money to spend rather than holding on to someone that will leave in a year? Wouldn't the manager be more unsettle if that happens?

Money to spend after a year? Why don't we sell Kane NOW and use that money to buy FOR the new manager?

Won't be leaving this summer unless it's a London club he goes to, got another baby on the way as well.

Most probably walking away next summer

It makes perfect sense, I've already explained the logic, you should go back over my posts if you seem confused, if you don't want to do that that's fine.

Your scenario kinda makes sense I guess but that isn't my preference and I think it leaves us in the shit next season, nevermind :thumbup:

I’m assuming he’ll go to City on a free. He’ll win five or six trophies and break Shearer’s record.

I think I’d prefer him to go to Madrid this summer (Sophie’s choice etc.) As you say though, maybe too financially prohibitive.
 
It just honestly infuriates me that Levy gets to put off the final catastrophic denouement of this saga for 12 more months, the entirety of which he will spend waging a whisper campaign against Kane.

Bad human beings operate this football club.

Because he could offer more in a season than the 75M fee. CL qualification generates more than that.

The risk if he goes for free is that we have no control of his new club, he might think Chelsea, after a year of Poch is a good fit or god forbid the other lot

He'll be another year older then. Who knows what can happen in a year.

If he goes for free to whoever then I'll console myself with the fact we've had his absolute best years.

Personally I don't think he'll go anywhere that'll tarnish his time with us so that rules out the Chavs. Poch or no Poch.

Keep him until it's out of our hands.
