I'm in salty mode still but I personally think he'll regret it. The media who have had their arm round his shoulder for years whispering he needs to move away from Spurs to be elite tier will forget about him.

Even the players that they did wank off in Germany were young and only coveted because of their next move to Madrid or the EPL. Kane will be dropped like a sack of spuds by the media now he has left us They always wanted him in a red shirt in the prem but this will have to do.

Nobody cares about the Bundesliga apart from a couple of CL games a year. Him winning the league there will be lucky to make the BBC front page unless there is an anti Spurs angle to it.

I'm certain he would never have gone to Chelsea. Not after they did everything to derail our title bid and knocked us out of the FA cup semi , stopped us winning the PL and beat us in a league cup final.
Kane would have his winners medals alteady but for them. He probably detests them more than us.

Typically poor timing, couldn't be worse really for us.

This is a much better outcome than Harry going to United on a free next season. Every logical bone in my body is ok with this.

The only way to avoid this feeling is to support an alpha club like Madrid or Bayern and there are very few of them.
We were able to keep Kane for the bulk of his career and I hope that your sons find a new hero to replace him as I did when my first Spurs heroes left.
When I was a kid, my local club discovered Laurie Cunningham and John Chedozie in quick succession only to lose them to bigger clubs. Brighton are getting screwed this evening as they did last year and probably will next year. It can be incredibly disheartening.
 
Club legend, world class player and seems a very decent human being.

Has given Tottenham absolutely everything and many, many awesome memories.

Kane's body language in Singapore was give away for me.... he seemed distant. I thought he was likely to go and said so at the time.

He is 30 yo. He wants a new challenge. He is giving the Club 100M in fees.

Well I used to have a bit of time for Bayern Munich but fuck them. Would much prefer to see Dortmund win it now.

The more I think about this, the less sense it makes. There is no glory in winning the Bundesliga with a team that wins it every year and I still do not think they are anywhere close to winning the CL.

Surely the all time PL goal scoring title is more prestigious? He gets that and he becomes a legend no matter how many trophies he doesn't win with Spurs. But given he will be in Munich for at least a few seasons the chances of him topping Shearer's record are slim to none in my opinion.

So, yeah thanks Harry but what you have just decided to do makes no fucking sense. And fuck Levy for screwing over a new manager who is trying to rebuild what is left of our sorry club. If this was going to happen it should have happened weeks ago.
 
Legend but we have to move on

Get another CB in and a striker to replace him seen Orban linked. Gutting it's come to this but at least he's not staying in the PL and always time for him to come back in a couple years and break the record
