Why would any manager reject the vice captain's wish to have a little talk with his teammates? If correct that’s a true leader and a good bunch to take it on the chin and a top gaffer for allowing it
I imagine there are plenty of managers out there with superiority complexes who wouldn't like this and would feel undermined. By all accounts Kane put a rocket up them... was less of a 'little talk'.Why would any manager reject the vice captain's wish to have a little talk with his teammates?
Don't be a hater lolI hate the way the English media paint this out as if Kane changed the game. He probably said a few words in anger. Poch and Lucas changed the game. Give them the credit.
Here's what started it all off.
22 goals winning the golden boot?
This man will have a proper say next season.
sammyspurs said soApparently we are better without him.
I think it's because Emery likes to play silly buggers and leave either him or Lacazette on the bench while the other starts. Absolute Dracula madman.Didn't realise Aubamayang only played about 300 more minutes than Kane this season in the league.
Was he injured at some point or being rested?
For wingers to get golden boots is pretty impressive though especiallly if backed with 8 assists as well.22 goals winning the golden boot?

Tbf, I think Mane and especially Salah are more inside forwards than traditional wingers. When i watch the dippers, Salah plays more of the striker role as Firmino drops deep. For wingers to get golden boots is pretty impressive though especiallly if backed with 8 assists as well.
Probably true. Although whenever I watched them, it looks like they start really wide especially Salah starts off really really wide on the right. Still 22 each from the same team is pretty good.Tbf, I think Mane and especially Salah are more inside forwards than traditional wingers. Does he really? Or does he just pick what he considers to be the best players for the games England play? This fruitcake has a tendency to run Spurs players into the ground.
