Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Paratici will get all the Kane money. The big question is have we already spent nearly half on Gil and Romero or is there money in addition to the Kane money so we have a bigger kitty.

Foyth, Alderweireld & Hart fees are 30.5 mil Euros on transfermarkt.

Gil is 25mil so 5mil up until Romero signs.

I imagine the combined wages of Hart, Foyth, Alderweireld, Bale, Vinicius, Lamela, Gazzaniga and Danny Rose are considerably higher than the incomings.

I would say even with Gil, Gollini and Romero fee and wages, the club is better off than last year financially.

Twat! If the 130 million bid is true then I hope he goes. In my eyes he has ruined his legacy this week.

Go out publicly and say you want to go? Fine. You've deserved it.
Tell Levy that you demand to be sold if a decent bid comes in for you? Fine. You've deserved it.
But when you sign a long-term contract with the club that made you what you are today, and pays more money pr year than I will earn during my entire life, you show up for work until the situation is resolved! He can stuff his professionalism where the sun doesn't shine - he'd hardly feel it anyways.

My mind goes back to the Bale-saga, which seems like a lifetime ago now. That hurt so much more than this. And I still love the man. Kane? Nah. Just leave. Go wherever you want. Succeed or fail, I don't really care. Twat!

This is quite literally the entire Spurs heritage of ENIC tenure.

Instead of just refusing to sell one top player, we should keep him. Whatever the costs. Training shuttle runs behind the janitors shed every single day for the duration of the contract as long as he refused to play for us.

By all means keep our contract commitments and pay the man, but use the expenses as a lesson to all players that this won't happen with us.

Said it since Steve Carr.
Liverpool sold Suarez and coutinho, and Chelsea sold Hazard and both clubs were able to reinvest and are fine.

140 to 160 million let the bloke leave.

We were told when Bale was sold it showed a lack of ambition. Rubbish.

The same with our previous stars. Did United selling Ronaldo show a lack of ambition? Of course not.

But in order to sell a player you must he prepared to let him go at the right price and not be made to look like chumps.

Kane will eventually be an ex-player, whether that be transfer or age. It happens.

Putting us in the news for the wrong reasons and at this time is the issue.

But in all this there is City and the real assessment of the cost of losing our best player to the top club and the correct price. Very very simple.

It has to work for us.

Kane is and will remain a Tottenham legend, regardless of what happens now.

Some of the abuse being dished out is embarrassing.
Nah.

He could have been a legend. He could still be a legend.

Right now though he's just someone who played for Spurs. He's in our history books and he's given us some great memories but that's it now if he goes.

The only way for him to be a legend is to stay and help us win things. Then people will put this down as a blip. If he goes, he becomes someone who thought he was bigger than the club who made him.

Not even close. He could have been a legend. Now he’s just another guy who has played for our club and who has disrespected it.

I hold people like Van der Vaart in higher regards. He was here for only 2 years but has showed more respect for the club and fans then “One of our own” Kane.

I was driving late the other night and knew they’d be discussing Harry

He said that Kane was right to leave but not below £160 million
That's fair enough. I would never entertain keeping a player desperate to leave, but the buying club has to offer the correct amount for the sale to go through. 160 mill for wantaway Kane is acceptable imo.

Yes and it must be done by this weekend so we can reinvest

Fuck waiting until the last day of the transfer window

If no acceptable bid comes in he needs to knuckle down and work hard, while fans won’t forget quickly I think if Kane has a good season we can move on to some degree. I believe he can salvage the situation but he needs to really get his shit together because right now he is hurting his legacy not just as a Spurs player but in general.

I hope behind the scenes we have told Kane, City and United this is the price and this is the deadline and if nothing happens then we move on.
