He needs to get rid of everyone around him and start again from scrath, because being thick and also being advised by people just as thick as you, is a recipe for disaster.
 
Not even the most boot-licking members of the press are buying that there’s any truth in this Kane statement.

It’s a total step down from the Kane’s, not like they can try something similar again this year. Good luck trying to convince Levy you had a gentleman’s agreement and that he should accept 100m now.

No one belives it and clearly this is Kane's team backtracking.

This is the first of mutliple things he's gonna need to do to try and appease the fans.
Needs a bit more conviction in the next bit of PR tbh.

But as I said happy to forgive him because he's a wonderful player and if he performs on the pitch then I really don't mind.

Depends what end of the spectrum you look at this

One end you've got Kane realising he can't get his move so trying to backtrack and trying to apologise in the most vague and inoffensive way possible.

Or the other end he wanted extra holiday. Knew he wouldn't get it so just took it anyway and didn't care about the fine.

The issue is if Kane had put this out on Monday or Tuesday etc.. it would've been so much better and seemed so much more geniune.

They can only agree terms if the selling club allows them to speak to the buying club. They might possibly have done this via his brother, but that would be a breach of his contract, which THFC own.

We've stated we're not selling. Therefore, the club has not allowed City to speak to him. If terms have been agreed via his brother then that would be irrefutable proof that he's been tapped up, thereby breaking FA rules.
 
I would offer him a new contract now.

Same 3 years, half the basic salary he is currently on (£100k p/w) with a £160m buy out clause this summer, £120m next summer, £80m in his final year.

Let Charlie get his nut around that one.
