Mostly because experience tells us, that ENIC cave usually and lately so. That is undisputed.
Which makes me wonder how late and for what fee they could have caved had Kane not come out now.
HOWEVER there is the possibility, that this is really a tectonic shift in strategy and that ENIC has learned its lesson from the sagas of Campbell, Carr, Berbatov etc. (only not communicated it publically to we plebs). If so, that is opens up whole new perspectives on the future.
