On current form he should be nowhere near. I'd have him even behind Abraham.

But I don't suddenly forget what he's done for us every season prior to this one, and what a wonderful player he has been at times. Put him alongside top level players and he would show his ability.

As I've been saying this entire time. Harry will get his goals against inferior teams.

Problem is, he doesn't show up against good/elite level opposition.

If he starts to struggle against average sides, we're in serious trouble because we'd be lucky to get 75 million + add ons for him.

Not turning up in the biggest games actually has an effect, even if you win a golden boot by scoring loads in the race for top 4

If it was so easy to score against mediocre/average clubs again and again then every decent striker would do it. While I'll never not disagree with the fact that he does go missing in the bigger games at times, his record is still fantastic and something to be appreciated. Can you seriously sit there and say his record wouldn't be even better if he had played for Bayern, a world class team in a poor league, in place of Lewandowski for the last X number of years?

We werent getting ripped off though. A deal worth 75+25 is more than adequate for kane. A smart cunt would have negotiate to total upto 110-120 instead of the stupid cunts thinking city were our rivals and we should charge them 150m+.
 
Anyway. Fuck Kane. We as a club are bigger than him, Son or any single player. I only give a toss about those that want to be at the club and also have the ability to play for the club. Which doesn't leave many in fairness.

Agreed. But Son has at least done a little bit this season, thats whyhe gets more patience.

Because when Klopp drops Mane their front 3 is Jota-Firmino-Salah, and when we drop Kane it becomes Bergwijn-Son-Lucas, so one player of quality flanked by two genuinely awful players. Even a pretty bad player like Origi starts ahead of Bergwijn.

Kane deserves dropping, but you can see why he isn't being, our depth is horrific. No back up CF and when we move Son there, our quality on the wing drops off completely. You can blame Levy/ENIC/Paratici for that, the failure to sign a back up CF & wide player of worth in the summer was an utter disgrace.

I can't comment on that because quite simply, we just don't know. All I can comment on is what I see him do for Spurs and England.

For England, he has had a great goal scoring record, mostly against shit teams. England is an elite team, full of elite players. Yet he still has the same problem - delivering against good or elite sides. Most of the time, he looks average or above average. He hasn't wowed me in a long time.
