Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

He would be a starter do doubt but I don't know about 40 goals....

And winning the Bundesliga with Bayern is not much of a achievement since they win almost every year.. unless he wins the CL with them.
Kane would be their Lewandowski replacement. A player Bayern kept fit, productive, on form, winning trophies, playing in the business end of the CL, and with bandwidth to give everything to his national team as well, well into his mid 30's.

That's a message that will interest Kane, I have no doubt of it. Straight up, his best option for his England future is Bayern, and Kane has always been very dedicated to his international career and will be desperate to be the centerpiece of the next World Cup.

That's also the destination he's likeliest to escape to this coming offseason, to the extent that's important to him.

That would be ideal for him of course considering his age now. But will winning the Bundesliga will not be enough for his legacy?... I mean Bayern wins it EVERY YEAR..its a 1 team league.

Like I said, If we wins a CL with them it would be different.

Greatest trophyless footballer of all time is a title no one wants.

Winning the Bundesliga doesn't magically make Kane no longer the butt of "couldn't win the big one" scorn, far from it, but he's no longer the greatest trophyless footballer of all time.

Let's resolve this at Wembley in May, shall we?

A Woolwich supporter could not have put it better. He is under contract and Levy has said he will not go to one of our Premier League rivals. If he waits a year he can go where he wants which seems the likely outcome.
No disrespect to you, but I don't think we can believe anything that the chairman says, especially where the possibility of a reasonable transfer fee could be involved.
Think we can also see, that he won't win anything whilst in a spurs shirt as is the case for the others.

So if you believe he won't win anything in a spurs shirt, why do you watch them? It can hardly be for the scintillating football. MU & Newcastle were below us last season and only a few points above us this season, yet one of them will win a trophy in a couple of weeks. That could be us in the F A Cup. We were poor in the league when we last won it in 1991, MU were poor earlier in the season. The 1991 team was not that good and I never expected us to beat Woolwich in the Semi but we did.
It needs desire to win and not just playing those that rarely get in the team, a lot of luck with the draw and close decisions but is not a write off. As a supporter you should not be writing us off. We will have players back for the latter rounds.

Sky bet have us as 3rd favourites and clearly rate our chances higher than you.
FA Cup Winner 22/23
  • Manchester City. 6/4.
  • Manchester Utd. 7/2.
  • Tottenham. 6/1.
  • Brighton. 8/1.
  • Leicester. 14/1.
  • Fulham. 20/1.
  • West Ham. 20/1.
  • Leeds. 25/1.

Showing or quoting betting odds is going to achieve what?
I highly doubt, that we will win the FA cup, but if by chance it happens then great.
I think if we know this club the way we do, then, they will find a way of not winning it, as for Kane wtf would he stay, when better clubs will want him.

The reality of the situation is that Kane is 30 in the summer and in his last season of his contract (assuming he doesnt sign a new deal) we also wont have a manager

Now if he pushes for a move, its gunna be in the PL. Cant see him going abroad. He wants that all time scorer stat and to win something with an English club.

So im gunna catch heat for this but keeping emotion out of it and speaking purely as a follower of football ill say he’ll probably end up at Chelsea if he does go.None of this is ideal but its the situation we are in and Its not the end of the world as City, Utd, Chelsea, liverpool have always sold to rivals. They desperately need a striker and will want to make a statement after the season theyve had. And theyre the only club thatll cough up 100M+ for Kane. Plus he’ll be the main guy as utd have rashford, city Haaland.

Its that or see him leave for nothing. (Assuming he pushes for a move) personally I think he is happy at Spurs and will sign a new contract.

If we get 100m or over for a 30 year old in his last season itll be very good business. Wish Kane well and call it a new era for the club. There is life beyond a single player.

It will not be good business as you have to balance the fee gained with the money you lose in not only replacing him with an inferior player that will end up with us losing prize money from failing to qualify for Europe and a lower PL position. we were not offered 100k last year when he wanted to leave. He is older now and with only 1 year left on his contract. We would be lucky to get 50k which really is not more than a further Year ofKane,

I have said it before, but if Levy and Harry really had an agreement that Levy broke (by not selling to City) then I think Kane will wind down his contract and leave for free, as a fuck you to Levy.

Imagine a genuine world-class striker coming into your team from the academy, 150m you don't have to invest, and then failing to put the pieces around that striker to win....

Imagine having a manager like Poch with that striker and then having a player like Eriksen, then nailing a young player purchase like Dele and the manager saying we need to put furniture in the house and instead of signing squad players we need real quality... and your response is to set a league record for time without a transfer.

One thing he is not, is an idiot. Neither is Levy.

I promise you, that will never, ever happen.

I'll say it again, he'll stay if we're competitive. If he doesn't, that's on our owners. I still have one foot in their boat, but if Kane goes, I'm all out.

Sorry for double posts, but I had to look at Bayern's stats.... lol.. wtf?

Imagine being any other team in that league... Jesus. 18 out of the past 25 years. Only a shallow fool would go there for glory. Kane isn't that.
