Haha your post is giving me horrific flashbacks. He was the most pathetic vanilla midfielder who did nothing but pass sideways and back. No defensive steeliness or resilience, and contributed nothing going forward either in creating or scoring. Just a nothing player.

Harry Winks played 80 minutes of the first leg at home to City.
He then missed the 2nd leg and both legs of the Ajax games.
Again, bit of a falacy that we got to the final with him.
Not sure of the timeline with his injury, but maybe, just maybe, him coming back was as bad for the final as Kane.

Forget who it was against, but one league match i sat there and watched him spend the entire match passing back to Toby.
End of the game people raved about his high 90's pass success rate.
Fair, although he still had 8 starts in the CL that season and 2 appearances off the bench. Him and Sissoko played the most minutes of any of our CMs in the CL that year and both started the final.
Sissoko alone being a key part of our midfield in the CL run is fucking mad.
