Player Heung-Min Son (손흥민)

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

If Son would have said "I want to leave" or even have his agent talk to clubs, any club in the world would have tried to get him. He was as good as Kane at scoring for a few seasons, he could have fit anywhere. And if he did not extend his contract, he could have walked into any club. It's not hard to figure out.

You can also take a minute to Google "Son transfers" and have tons of sources. These are not just trash sources from the pub either.
if madrid wanted him he would be at madrid! just like anyone else they want! mbappe has just turned down 700m for one year to try get a move to madrid! but little old sonny loves his current club so much hes not interested lol

he could have left in the last 3 seasons to go where? where is your proof? not being negatve its being a realist! mushroom above thinks madrid want him but he doesnt want to go LOL the delusion is scary
We know he could have cashed in in Saudi Arabia this summer at the very least.

I don't want to give any credence to the dumb "relationship ended with Kane, Sonny is my new boyfriend" stuff, but I think it's relatively clear that Son is bought into the future at Spurs in a way Kane hadn't been.

saudi doesnt do nothing for his korean celebrity status. madrid puts it on another level. this wally above is saying hes turning down madrid to stay at spurs! i understand the fanboys are delusional little plonkers but there's still lines you dont cross with your delusion.

you actually think madrid want son but he dont wanna leave spurs for madrid? please tell me you do
Stop being naive and go root for Madrid then - They win more trophies than we do. Why would someone such a yourself who doesn’t believe in loyalty support a club that hasn’t won a trophy in years? When you could root for City, Madrid, Bayern …

… and I have no idea how interested in
Son Madrid was a couple years ago - and neither do you. But obviously interest and actually pursing/getting a player are two different things - Madrid/United didn’t come in for Kane this summer and they would obviously loved to have him on their teams. If Son had agitated like Berbatov, Modric Carrick then who knows but that’s not Son - he’s loyal -so any real offer from another team wasn’t ever going to materialize.

Anyway alot of top clubs would have wanted Son at peak of his powers a couple of years ago if Som expressed an interest in moving. If you dont think so then I guess you really do hate our new captain.

Don’t make stuff up. I didn’t say he turned down Madrid - I said there were media reports Madrid was interested in Son- which apparently is the most ridiculous thing you’ve ever heard..

Did Son do something to you? Why do you hate him so much?

This reminds me of when you’re looking through someone’s wedding photos, and there’s a picture of the groom getting ready with his best man and usher

Amazing achievement for him.

Imagine his little face when he finally gets lift a trophy.

Really is incredible content.

Hope we get more of this stuff throughout the season.

I'd rather the lads could get on with doing their jobs without cameras invading their more candid moments.

Sign of the times? Possibly.... But not a step in the right direction IMO.

I'd rather they were relaxed and free to form genuine organic bonds with their colleagues; not be on guard 24-7 and in PR-mode all day.
