I love Sonny , probably in my top 10 favourite players . On his day there aren’t many better players in the league but I’m sad to see what’s happened to him and I’ve really had enough of those miserable post match interviews which are becoming increasingly common . I wish him the best going forward , I’m absolutely gutted the prime Poch team never won anything and I hope he wins trophies in his next adventure like Kane will but his time at spurs is up , if he wants to be an impact sub for another season then fine but we can’t be relying on him anymore and Odobert is not the answer (yet at least ) , we need to spend big on both wide positions . I can’t have another season of Johnson and Son

I’m a bit uncomfortable with how much hate he now gets. Nothing to do with his performances but he has been a great servant, he’s just getting too much abuse for basically getting older.
It’s not Son’s fault the club has no succession planning and this fucking dunce of a manager keeps flogging him like a dead horse. Son isn’t picking himself.
A well run club would have him used more as a squad player and manage his minutes in line with his age and performance level. That’s not happening here and that’s not down to Son.
Postecoglou would probably say that with Werner, Odobert, and Richarlison all injured he didn't have many options but to play Son so much this season.
Also aren't Kane and he, the top scoring partnership in Premier League history?
I reckon we have the players to play 3-5-2 with the now LBs playing wide in the 5 as WBs. Either Son or Johnson playing as the second striker. Solanke being the main striker.
