He's now definitely accomplished more at Spurs than Kane. Kane was an Woolwich supporter anyway so why all the love? I don't get it. He begged for City to get him before going to a farmers league to get guaranteed silverware. Even that he failed with in his first year. I don't rate Europa League but it's worth so much more than winning the bundesliga with Bayern. It only really means something if you win it with another team.

Can you - and others - stop calling the Bundesliga a "farmers league": it reflects total lack of knowledge of the Bundesliga.
Bundesliga teams have done better in Europe than EPL teams have in general - which is why they, and not the EPL, got 5 CL teams qualified for this season's CL.
No need to try to belittle the achievement of winning the Bundesliga. Besides, you can't really compare the 2 competitions anyway.
Kane simply did what any other of top-quality players at Spurs did (Carrick, Kyle Walker, Berbatov, Sheringham, Modric, Bale) did: joining a European top club wanting to win trophies while doubling/tripling their salaries.
Playing for Woolwich's academy doesn't make a player an Woolwich fan automatically. Jamie O'Hara also played for Woolwich's academy before joining Spurs.

Kane also said: "Most of my family were Spurs fans and I grew up 15 minutes from the ground, so I was always going to be a Spurs fan."

But the UEFA Cup is a much better trophy to win than the farmers league.

Watch the serial choker do this same thing tomorrow when he leads his team to another finals loss. 17th place in the Prem as captain is already bad enough.

That's really stretching it. What time period are you using for comparison? I'd say that the EPL is way ahead of BL when it comes to depth simply because the clubs have more money.

In any case, Son stayed because he wanted to win silverware at Spurs. Kane left because he wanted to win silverware for himself.

There is no surer way to win silverware than playing for BM. Maybe PSG, but in any case, it's pretty much guaranteed. Son took the risk of never winning anything, but now he has and the gamble paid off.

It also shows that Kane was not so crucial for success as some made him out to be.

Son is a true Spurs legend. Kane goes down as someone begging a rival to take him, and doing so playing golf with one of the biggest spurs haters of them all. Pathetic and disgraceful.

He stayed when everyone else wanted to leave, because they felt it was ‘too hard’ to win here.

No one deserves this win more than Sonny.

One of the most loyal players to play for this club. Our Korean King 🤴🏼

Son did not say he was fit enough to start, he was honest, there is the difference!

He has joined the small group of Tottenham Legends, Bale still is the best player I have ever seen play in a Spurs shirt Live, however Son is a Tottenham Legend as he stayed here and Won something with us, he could have had his pick of any team in Europe in his peak, I just hope he ends up like Ardiles & Mabbut etc as in they still gets involved with the club long after retirement
