Try playing on an artificial turf while being jet lagged and getting used to the new culture and weather after traveling 4200km. He still made the most key chances and made an assist at the end to be named the MOM. But I have to agree, this league is boring as fk.
 
Looking at the highlights from his first start he is playing down the middle and the space they let him have is unreal. If MLS teams defend him like that Sonny is going to run riot in that league.

Is he still gonna be jet-lagged?

But tbf I wasn't really having a go at him. Was really an observation that stood out immediately...you can see part of why he made his decision to leave. There is absolutely no way he gets to play at a walking pace with us or in any of the top leagues really.

It was just a bit of a jarring watch as someone who hasn't seen much of the MLS outside of select highlights on here.
