So we are going to axe Tudor and (apparently) replace him with another person nobody knows in Adi Whatshisname.

Literally repeating the same mistake. I haven't seen a more blatant example of deliberate self sabotage since the British Government over the last 30 years.
 
Why cant tudors backroom staff just carry on?

Ultimately, the final decision in terms of team setup and formation went through Igor, but his assistants may have a slightly different approach to him. They may even go back to basics and put players in their most comfortable natural positions?

I dont think we need to get rid of them all.

Another appointment just makes us more of a joke than what we already are. No one else is getting anything different out of this squad right now. I just think another change upsets the applecart even more to be honest.

Why wouldn't he come now?
Offer big wages, bonus if he keeps us up and break clauses if he wants to leave if we go down

A bit gutted if we're parting ways, I liked him and his mindset, but tbh I think he walked into a job worse than he imagined. Some of his decisions were suspect maybe, but I think even if he did everything right, results wouldn't have changed much. Hard to see who can sort this mess that deepens game by game. Nevertheless, I wish him all the best and success in his career.
