But what money we did have, Levy spunked far to much on mediocre crap.
Bloated our squad. I don't mind a wage cap, so as long as it used wisely. Levy didn't, got in a load of shit players on high wages, that offered nothing.
Rather than getting one player on a better wage, that was still cheaper on the wages, than three shit players added together.
He fucked it and him alone.

I just feel it's good to get the context right about things...
And I think it's a bit wrong conflate Joe Lewis, Levy, and how they worked, or in Joe's case, doing fuck all.
With the set up now. I am still ENIC out, but the kids sacked Levy, so I'll give em chance, but it's not the same ENIC, as it was under Joe, even if the kids turn out eventually to not be very good.
