i think it's always been the same limitations from lewis and after 6 months of watching his kids eat paste and stick knives in electric outlets i think levy was actually better at this shit than they are. doesn't change the fact that we're not allowed to spend at the level a club of our size should be. don't think anything really changes until the club is sold either
