Manager Igor Tudor

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I don't even care about the manager anymore, I'm more concerned about the CEO and DoF because literally every choice they make is bad.
We need to give both Vinai and Lange the elbow, or else we're going to lurch from one bad decision to the next.

Get rid of this bloke. On paper I didn't mind the 11 players he chose to start but the way he arranged them was dumb as fuck and worthy of the sack. 3 losses, 9 goals conceded.

I would take Ryan Mason over him at this point. We need a club man in charge, not a random janitor from Serie A. We need to play simple football with players in their right positions not this complicated 352 with RBs at CB and CDMs at RWB. The players are under enough pressure as it is.
I saw the lineup and thought it was a 4-3-3 with everyone in their correct positions and had some hope. I really don't understand why Porro was RCB and looks like he didn't either.

My reasons for being in favour of sacking him are that his formation I feel isn’t what we need.

We needed someone to come in, keep it simple, 4-4-2 and ask the players to run around .

Instead we’ve got this bloke who is overly complicating things. I just don’t honestly think what the club were thinking hiring a man who would totally implement a new system with 10 games to go in a relegation battle.

I wasn’t against Tudor, but I had serious doubts. What as troubled me is seeing him come in and try to play a totally new system. It was very unlikely to work.

It’s just further evidence we are run by totally clueless people. There is nobody with a clue about football making decisions at the club, that is apparent.

Paratici is clearly a football terrorist with his managerial recommendations and Lange, don’t get me started. He’s totally out of his depth.

In a relegation battle we need to give ourselves the best chance, and playing 3 at the back and a totally new system just isn’t it.
And moving players out of their best positions. I mean can anyone understand our WB Porro who best ability is to cross the ball from high up the pitch playing RCB! You negate his best attribute and all we got was long aimless punts upfield to no one.

I listened as well. Usually think it’s the best pod for Spurs.

Honestly felt that episode reeked of smug, magnanimous bullshit when they spoke about Tudor. They were all so certain they are right that he’s not the message needed and what’s needed isn’t a guy with a lifetime as a player and coach but some kind of “vibes man “.

They might be right but listening to them just made me think Tudor might just get his message across after that Palace game.
Ffs we thought that might happen after the goons game then after Fulham game and now your saying palace game. How many more games is it gonna take.

Yeah, Tudor isn’t some amazing manager, but yesterday was not on him. Whoever thinks Mason or Redknapp would do something better is delusional. It’s time to look at these players and blame them rather than manager who has been here for 3 weeks.

It’s not like you need amazing tactics to beat Fulham or Palace. It’s just fight and determination on the pitch which these cunts aren’t showing.
True but his fucked up by his ‘tactics’. At least give the players a chance playing a formation and system that has them in their best positions. Then show the fight and determination from there. I’m sure Porro was think wtf when Tudor told him he’d be playing RCB and Archie rwb. That must be demoralising. Porro was bought as RWB and that is his best position.

He looked a desperate, shit appointment and he has already proven to be that. His thing is the Italian league. Italian football. The Premier League couldn’t be any more different.
Even there he has been mostly crap. No idea what the club were thinking getting this totally unknown in. Has no clue and is all bluster but but no substance. I actually think Frank may have hit at least one point in the last 3 games.

I get what he was trying to do with Porro on the right of a back 3 tbh. There were quite a few occasions Porro overlapped and found space because their full back was preoccupied with Gray.

Thing is, we are not in a situation where we can try these elaborate tactics and needed an interim that focuses on the basics. A redknapp type that would tell Porro "alright mate how about you hug the byline and get the ball in the box as much as you can".
That’s all we needed to get players back on track. Keep it fucking simple not over complicate things for the sake of his ego. We sin got 5 defenders who can play in a 5. So why do it?

We did well to recover after the start of the game where Palace did all they could to waste time, break it up and make it impossible for us to get going. During the first ten or twelve minutes the ball must have been in play for only about three of it. That didn’t help us to get going and was obviously a tactic by them to stop any momentum we wanted to get early doors.
They had about 85% poccesion in the first 20 mins. We just let them have the ball. They could have scored first minute. Then had a perfectly good goal disallowed. We didn’t get going until about 30 mins in. We were do psssive that they just waltzed into our half and crossed the ball with freedom.

He’s too busy making money in adverts where he brags about being England manager to Pulis and Pardew.

That it was only one game and he was a corrupt fat fuck is by-the-by for good old, “Big Sam”.

I mean… he’s huge… look at the size of him.

I don’t care how big or corrupt he is as long as he could pull us out of the mire we’re stuck in!

I don't know why he plays certain players in the positions he does, but that wasn't the reason we lost to Palace.

I'd still give him time. As strange as it sounds we actually do have time to give him a few more games. I'd say until Sunderland away at the max which is still over a month away. If we're still completely hopeless then I'd give it to Mason as one last roll of the dice. We'd have Brighton, Leeds and Everton at home to still play in that case and with players coming back they would be very winnable.
