Manager Igor Tudor

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

So the guy that appointed Lange and Vinai, Frank as well as Paratici, Postecoglou, Munn, Nuno. The guy who still thought Mourinho was the best manager out there in 2019. Hmmm not sure on that one tbh.
I know but we're not asking him to win us the Prem.

Put it this way:

You have one decision to make to guarantee safety (and prevent financial armageddon). Who you trusting?

Lange & Gooner Vinai or Levy?

We need an upbeat "feels" man.
We can't have any of;

1) Miserable authoritarian shouters
2) Absolute nobodies
3) Anyone our cunt squad thinks is "below" them

It had to be someone who comes with a smile, can lie to the players well enough to convince them that they're good and can leave in the summer, is well known to the squad and is/was well respected within the game.

To me, it can't NOT be Redknapp at this stage.
He can like to the tax man, he can smile when he slags Bent off for missing a sitter, he's well known to the majority of the squad and fans and media, and he's not going to do anything stupid. Simple tactics. Players in the right position. Put some effort in and "run abaaaaht a bit"

Do i think putting a 79 year old in is a good idea?
Not really.
But give me a better option today, that could actually happen?

Milesy would tick a LOT of those boxes .

I dont trust any of them, but they'll all be in the same boat. No one of substance is coming in now so its stick with Tudor or roll on a Redknapp/Mason/Sherwood type. I suppose there is a minuscule possibility of offering De Zerbi a big contract but he didnt want it a few weeks back so even less likely now. All those guys will just wait for the summer.

No let him go to Liverpool and get absolutely fucking destroyed.

No sense doing anything by half measures. If you fail go all the way and fail big.
No. Liverpool can be beaten. If cry baby hadnt got a brain dead red in the home match we looked good for a result.

We've got to go balls out for points in every match. With Tudor you just know we'll be 3 down after 10 mins. He's lost the away support in any case.

Get him out now and worry about the ENIC hirings and firings after we've hopefully avoided the unthinkable

Levy's the man who had 25 years to learn how to do managerial appointments, and got a whopping 2 right. Poch, and Redknapp. And the latter was in a blind panic with 2pts from 8 games when H wanted out of Pompey when the money dried up.

No fucking way

The clamour from the fanbase for Poch is a bit cringe to me. He’s not the messiah. It kind of sums up what a desperate joke the whole club is.

Instead of moving forward with a proper plan and a new project we want to go back to nostalgia. Poch isn’t the young exciting up and coming manager he was when we hired him.

We should be looking for the next Poch. Finding an Arteta like the scum have done.

I’m not saying I wouldn’t have Poch back, but it doesn’t excite me all that much at all. Still, when he comes back and it continues to go tits up at least we can finally put the Poch thing to bed once and for all.
It’s hardly surprising is it?!

He was the manager that oversaw our most competitive era in the Premier League, he gets us and obviously wants the gig.

We’ve tried numerous managers since he left and would you honestly trust this ownership to find ‘the next Poch’?!

I know I bloody don’t!

Tbh, and I know this is gonna get some pelters, but I'd be tempted to get rid of Lange and Vinai and bring Levy back til the end of the season.

Let him make the decision on Tudor - if he wants rid I have more faith in him to make the decision that keeps us in the Prem than the other two.

It's his investment that stands to lose too so he has skin in the game, he genuinely loves the club and then say bye again in May.
I think we should bring Levy back and put him in the stocks, can we do that?

Unless they bring in a real relegation specialist saviour (are there really any any more?) surely the only roll left is to pay big money to get the next permanent coach in rn to oversee safety or relegation and continue into next season.

The lack of movement toward Tudor in the first place suggests the plan was a season and then Poch or Glasner or someone already employed. However, January inaction means we need someone available now or leave it in the laps of the gods.
