Manager Igor Tudor

I think they all got far too arrogant when we were doing well to the point they never considered this a real possibility.
I doubt they ever thought about it until February 2026. And still probably don't believe it'll happen.

Some of us saw this happening in 2023. Even when we were 5th.
Team of prospects thanks to Lange’ scouting. They’re expecting to get some time and then the senior pros drive standards and fix the little niggles. Unfortunately, the prospects don’t have the role models any more in the team and were left relying on the likes of Spence to raise their own standard.

Nah they'll back themselves to get back into the prem and bring the value of their asset back up

Can't envision ENIC just taking the loss . Only comfort I can offer is I can see the relegation absolutely shocking them to the core.
Half empty massive stadium for midweek game against Bristol city will soon have them put real football people in place across all positions of the club
I honestly don’t think this board has the expertise to successfully navigate the Championship let alone get promoted.

Extremely worrying times. ☹️

Tbh, and I know this is gonna get some pelters, but I'd be tempted to get rid of Lange and Vinai and bring Levy back til the end of the season.

Let him make the decision on Tudor - if he wants rid I have more faith in him to make the decision that keeps us in the Prem than the other two.

It's his investment that stands to lose too so he has skin in the game, he genuinely loves the club and then say bye again in May.

I think the reality here is that as bad as he was, he was probably the best of the ENIC bad eggs.

I've been extremely vocal for decades that sticking with managers as you plummet down the league is not going to make you better.
In our case, sticking with wholly inadequate owners, who have no idea about the football THEIR team is subjecting the world to is going to kill this club.
I'm at the point of not being bothered about relegation because I fear much worse is to come.

We've spent 1/4 of a century fixated on "not doing a Leeds" and yet, somehow, could actually end up in worse trouble than they were when they got relegated.
You may recall, they had financial issues before they went down. They had their fire sales mostly still at PL level IIRC. They then went down because they had sod all money to replace players.
The way we're going, we'll be gone with a PL squad, that we'll have to sell even cheaper to get rid. We'll lose £100m immediately from loss of TV revenue, tens, maybe hundreds of millions from Nike and AIA. With all those losses, we're likely to struggle to field the U18's, much less build a squad to get out of the Championship.
In fact, I could see us struggle to stay IN the Championship.
With £1bn of stadium debt, almost complete loss of income, a squad not fit for even 2nd tier football, I could see us being in dire, dire trouble.

I won't melt over Tudor not being sacked this morning. It's a completely reasonable option to let him take the arrows at Liverpool and sack him immediately after. If we get nothing from the scouse and he's in charge for Forest, yes. There should be an uprising.

Agree in many respects.

Another man coming in and being mauled at Anfield helps nobody.

It's the danger of assumptions and competence in this board that is impossible to hold, so whilst there might be logic in allowing Tudor to continue for now, don't then be surprised if he remains for Forest....

The Firest game needs a new man one feels.
