Tiredness isn’t the issue, it’s a recurrence of his injury. Im sure the player will have a recovery plan so already knows how many minutes he can play for . Usually makes sense to play the end of the game than at the start when coming back from injury with less than 45 minutes. in the second half the opposition will be fatigued , and he can be used if and when required, which makes more sense strategically.Yes…..easier to play him from the start and if he tires substitute him than have him come on off the bench and tires when he would probably not be substituted.
