I've been thinking for a while that now we're the No 1 team in North London (well all London) we're going to need a name for the equivalent of St Totteringham's Day. (for younger readers, that was the day that Spurs couldn't catch the Arse in the league. There hasn't been one for a few years because we've taken them to the last day.

I reckon the week they can't catch us and he has to pay out be called 'Wilshere Wallet Week'. For when he has to open his wallet.

So in years to come, when he's forgotten about, kids ask their dad's why it's called that.

And dads can say 'Son, it's named after some gooner who was too stupid to notice that the tide had turned.'

I think because he's from my neck of the woods I'm aware we're all like that when we're 19. Friday and Saturday nights are not pretty around here.

If the boots were on the other feet and at 19 I had of played for Spurs, we had been better than Arse for a while etc etc then I would be out winding up Woolwich fans every day on twitter. Why not??
