So Poch said we have options. Could he still be speaking about Andre Gomes of Barcelona too? I mean we were heavily linked to him earlier in the window, I hope we do make a move for him still. He was quality at Valencia and we can’t be relying on Winks and Dembele at the minute with all their injurie troubles.
In regards to options after Eriksen, our best at the moment is Lamela to play that role. It's not the best, but it's all we've got currently.
It must be addressed in the summer. I know people will say why not now? But this late in the Jan window finding someone of the requisite quality to be up to Eriksen's level is impossible. No one is going to let a player of that quality go in the middle of a season.

I think Poch recognizes the need, but realizes he can only advance his squad so much in this window. Although I don't think Sissoko is stellar by any means, I can still get behind Poch backing his players when everybody and their mother seems to be bashing them. That being said though, I agree with you that Lamela would be a better fit for Eriksen
Best we can hope for is someone from outside of the top 4 European Leagues who is young, willing to learn but very creative. Unless there is someone on the fringes that I'm completely missing out (Like Coutinho at Inter etc).

However, if “in the next few days”, Wenger swoops because we are haggling over a payment plan or a transfer fee, having apparently agreed terms with the player, wouldn’t you be a little miffed to lose out on Moura to Woolwich?
