He is sort of "Kante-lite" ... he could certainly do a job for us in some games.
Villa have given up on promotion then.
He is a Chelsea player, disappointing for Villa, but not much they can do about it I think.
If there is nothing in the agreement about a recall then I guess not.

When we loaned Onomah to Villa I thought we were not able to recall him even when we had a stack of injuries in midfield though ... maybe I am remembering it wrong.
I imagine Chelsea had a 'recall' option.
