And once he turns 21 he will count as homegrown under the current rules. 3 years at the club before turning 21 right? He won't count as HG.
But we won't need to register him as he's under 21. That's the same with anyone under the age of 21.

Barcelona officially deny they've agreed anything with Rabiot.
He sanctioned signing Aurier though, who was supposed to be impossible to manage. Can’t wait till Rabiot‘s people stop using us for leverage.
Can’t see Poch wanting any part of his attitude
Yes that's part of it too, but having winners in your team can help with that vital push. They say winning the first one is always the hardestNo. We do not need world class additions to to beat Wycombe Wanderers, Newport, Rochdale etc.....yet we fuck around and end up playing several replays etc.
Then bottle it against Utd and Chelsea, teams we comfortably destroy in the PL.
How can you say we could win either but we won’t so we must sign??
Surely the first problem is our approach to those games, team selections, mentality and the fact that deep down Poch and the players probably think that those trophies aren’t really worth it.
He was one of the bright sparks in their last PL season as well and he was only 19-20 at the time. Definitely a player that could become something fierce
Unlike some of our other attacking players, he has the look of a guy whose second touch is not likely to be a tackle. He was one of the bright sparks in their last PL season as well and he was only 19-20 at the time. Definitely a player that could become something fierce
14 goals and 2 assists in the Championship last season and had a slow start to the season this year but he is now up to 8 goals. A nice parallel to Hull as a whole who also started the season dreadfully but have now found their rythm and gone on a nice unbeaten run. They beat Leeds yesterday 2-0 at Elland Road with Bowen scoring both Hull's goalsUnlike some of our other attacking players, he has the look of a guy whose second touch is not likely to be a tackle.
Some sweet finishes in there, he's very difficult to knock off the ball, got a nice burst of acceleration over those first few yards, draws a lot of players towards him, final ball needs work, but I like it. Never heard of him before today, will be keeping an eye out for him now.
Admittedly, never seen much of him.
I preferred this video of him as it includes every touch throughout a game:
Looks a good talent. 22 years old. Home-grown. Probably won't be too expensive. Only problem is probably the fact that he plays in a position that we don't need strengthening.

What do you guys think about Matt Targett? I’ve seen bits and bobs of him over the last 2/3 years but last couple of weeks, given a more proactive remit under Hasenhuttl he’s actually caught my eye a couple of times. Need to see a bit more of him though.
