Baldock has been ok, but he’s 26 and playing in a system that protects him. I don’t think he’s going to be an answer for our back line at pretty much any point.

I was desperate for dybala in the summer , what a sexy signing it would be but taking a step back we have much bigger priorities .

We need two centre backs , maybe a right back and a defensive midfielder.

Presuming Toby, Jan, aurier , rose , eriksen, wanyama and I reckon dier leave then the above positions will need far more reinforcement than the forward positions.

I'd be less diplomatic. We need a whole new back 5, although we could do with veterans for the CB spots.
