To an extent. It hints he isn't in London about to make an appearance on Spurs TV anytime today. Will be more interesting to see if he starts or not. Him being in the squad has no bearing on whether or not he's leaving.

You could argue that bale won them the CL by coming on against Pool and changing the game, And they turned against him like he was a flop , any way it’s never going to happen with him coming back to us and it’s just a pipe dream but could you imagine having him on our bench coming on to change the game for the last half hour, again it’s never going to happen but it’s nice to dream!or he could have a place next to Kane on the hospital bed.
The return Bale rumours always seemed foolish to me. He’s 31, injury prone, and for the most part, his heart doesn’t seem to in football anymore. Sure most of the Real Madrid fans are spoiled sh*theads but I’d be too after seeing some of Bale’s actions and comments.

Flying commercial he could leave by 2.40pm on Sunday and be in London by 8pm. And I assume he'd fly in on a private jet which would cut down travel time even more.I don't think anyone expected that.
Though it's also not hard to fly him to London over the weekend and get a deal done next week.
Its not like he'll be available for Liverpool if it was rushed through.
It’s really mind blowing how badly run Milan is. Piatek will be offloaded to give space to a 50 year coming from America Ibrahimovic. Truly horrifying planing

Yeah. Cos he isn't that good.If a player is hyped up on forums by all the big clubs fans but then rumored to go to a club like West Ham for as little as 18m it tells me no club actually wants him. And there is probably a reason.
In part to appease the fans. In part because they don't have a senior locker room leader in the team. The closest they had is Romagnoli.I think the Ibrahimovic deal was made partly to appease their fans. It makes little sense to bring someone like him in a team like theirs.

A running theory is that they are offloading players because there is a new owner looking to invest (their 4th or 5th in 5 years) but only if they cut some into their FFP deficit.
It's a textbook example in bad decision after bad decision.Heard about the new owner theory. It was rather weird what happened to them in the last few years in terms of ownership.
The reason I'm not that excited about Piatek is that it looks like one of those transfers that can go either way.

at this point its better to just buy out the contract and move onPoor Victor getting hoored about to anyone and everyone it seems
I would only feel sorry for him if his body was the only thing holding him back.Poor Victor getting hoored about to anyone and everyone it seems
That’s the same for every transfer. Ndombele could still fail, Lo Celso might. Aguero could have failed at City.. Every transfer is a risk. The reason I'm not that excited about Piatek is that it looks like one of those transfers that can go either way. The guy has proven himself and has potential, but there's also the chance he might be a bust.
On the other hand, those who are already bashing him should realise it's January and it's tricky to bring in new players that can improve the team, let alone make star signings.
