When we were in their position? I can’t recall being top of the league during a transfer window, but apologies if sometime has slipped my mind. The point is we have been top and have never shown ambition. It has already been demonstrated under Levy.
Okay Woolwich failed with Mudryk because Boehly came in. We are not even been linked with players of his calibre.
Why are Woolwich now all of a sudden Chelsea's financial rival and not us?
It's so obvious that a certain part of this fanbase WANT the transfer to fall through so they can jump at everyone with an "I told you so"
Quite frankly toxic and laughable.
Can you seriously not understand our fans frustration ffs!!!!The circle wank about Woolwich is stronger than usual today. Is it just because a guy on Twitter said they might buy someone?
I can guarantee that if we were in their position, and signed Trossard, it would be horrendous as we should be taking advantage of our position at the top to get the very best players on board.
Then the first sniff of Caciedo, it would be “pay the fucking money” and expect him at the training ground by lunchtime.
Woolwich do it and its ambition. Laughable.
They quoted Chelsea with a price tag of 75 million before, no need to white knight Woolwich. There is no money. Did you read the tweet or just rush to white Knight Levy. The kids not for sale, ergo there's no money.
Answered this already, because it’s completely ridiculous to suggest that if we had agreed a deal with sporting at the start of the month, that Porro would say I’m not joining you til the end of the month in case sporting make the league cup final. Why has nobody considered the possibility that the player himself wants to play in the final before he leaves and Porro is delaying the deal?
Because you’re a normal well adjusted person compared to the undercover Woolwich fans on this forum who think about Daniel Levy 99% of their livesNot sure anyone on here is relentlessly positive about us.
What is winding me up is the love in for Woolwich today. They could cure cancer and I’d still think they were a shower of cunts.

So what you're saying is that they "tried" with Mudryk?Woolwich are top and have spent 50 million on players already this window. We've signed a player on loan from Villareal & are haggling over a 45m release fee in the last few days of the window. Woolwich were also ready to pay a huge fee for Mudryk & have now bidded 60m for Caicedo. They are top & flying, we are 5th and in a rut.
Anyone who claims to not see the difference in how the clubs operate is being disingenuous. Does anyone on here seriously believe if we were in their position, Levy would be making 110-120m in funds available for players in Jan? They're no richer than us, we as fans should be expecting more..
So what you're saying is that they "tried" with Mudryk?
Now they're "trying" with Caicedo?
That always seems to be cause for derision when it's us, mostly from our own fans, but it's admirable when it's the filth?

Wasting your time mateBecause it's part of a general trend of transfer business which has them where they are, and our general trend has us where we are. It's not at all about every individual case and whether they get every single one of them.
Simple as that, factual. I won't be expanding further as the positivity merchants/you're a gooner merchants are circling.
