The circle wank about Woolwich is stronger than usual today. Is it just because a guy on Twitter said they might buy someone?
It’s the same every day on here.
I think half of our fanbase actually want them to win everything because they think it gives them a bigger stick to bash our club with.

Here’s the absolute truth:

When Kroenke bought into Woolwich, they were unquestionably the 2nd most successful English side in the Premier League era. They hadn’t missed CL in forever and they were on their way to finishing above us for 21 straight seasons.

They are no longer the 2nd most successful EPL team, they are no longer nailed on for CL and they haven’t finished above us in years.

That’s the tale of Kroenke’s ownership and Woolwich’s backslide although you would never believe it from the cock-riding that goes on here.

I’ve actually found there are Spurs boards that aren’t obsessed with blowing Arteta. Who knew?

3 spells out injured totalling 52 days prior to the 91 days due to ligament damage.

He can't secure a starting place either due to injury, restricted time coming back from injury or lack of form.

I actually quite like him but he has not been a success yet.

He was unavailable for 8 games last season. It happens. Doesn't make him injury particularly prone.

He was shit until Conte started getting a tune out of him.... And then got wrecked by Matt Cash.

Yeah it's the order of priorities that suprises me. A proper CB was required last summer tbh.

Now we will need to buy 2/3 this summer.

Yup, but you might remember we were linked with a few, including Bastoni who seemed to be Conte's favourite

Only Bremer of the half dozen linked and it was said he wanted to stay in Italy.

Hence the fall back of bringing in Lenglet on loan - he'd looked before going to Barcelona but stagnated and lost his place there. So a decent punt, but glad he's on loan and we try again when other CB's actually want to move.

On a general point, the number of top players wanting to move every summer really isn't that many compared to the number of clubs wanting them, so without throwing double the money at the wall that the player is worth its difficult to get more than about 3 top players in for a top club in any summer window. Rest might be squad players or punts that might come right or might not

60m for Caciedo or 10m for this guy?

2 completely different Players in terms of style, Ounahi is more attacking and dribbling getting past players more direct midfielder, Caciedo on the other hand is a fooking beast, Strong hard CM or DM id love him at spurs. There is a reason so many Brighton fans werent too sad to see Bissouma go , because they had Caciedo, he is the next real deal Kante-esque player . (Plus Bissouma wasnt going sign a new contract and brighton were forced to deal to get decentist money from him )

Gordon was literally chased in his car by angry scousers who made roadblocks, it was like a scene from a zombie movie, can't blame him for fucking off.

Don’t agree at all, he’s leaving a sinking ship. It’s a short career and you need to make the best decisions for yourself, and staying at that absolute shambles of a football club isn’t it.

Lets be honest he wanted out in the summer it was no big secret. Its the manner its been handled by him maybe, although to be honest no one shone in fat franks shite team, you cant expect an inexperienced 21 yr old whoe only shown flashes to carry a team and be the saviour everyone thinks and wants you to be when you are not, his attitude also doesnt help maybe also, that was down to his inexperience and being unsettled by not getting a move. Im not saying he is not responsible a little bit for sure he is, but way too much was expected from him by others to carry a shite team / manager banded with his infantile gen z mindset
