With everyone back he won't get many minutes for the rest of the season. If we are confident there would be starts for him at Sevilla then I wouldn't be against it.
If he performs he comes back for next season as a proper back up to Richarlison. He needs to be tested and half a season playing U21s wont do that.
Sounds like the plan is including him in first team. Don't know what Barca are planning. If they had any money they could already bring him in now, since Spain didn't leave Europe

Rafa Mir is on his way to Valencia, so it would be to replace him, but he only has 381 mins in the league this season, so I don't think he will get that many mins tbh.
