Biss and Sarr do not perform the same role in this system, playing Sarr as a 6 would not be playing him to his strengths. Ange has rather played Skipp or Hoj in the 6 role when Biss has missed games than sacrifice Sarr's relentless stamina and pressing by asking him to sit and recycle possession. Biss may blow hot and cold but what he does for us at 6, Sarr would not do as well as Biss. His carrying out from the back has been a major difference maker in how much more cohesive our build up has looked between the lines of defence and midfield, under Conte for ages it was absolutely terrible, especially with Hoj and Skipp playing together where the CBs knew they couldn't pass forward because they'd either be getting it straight back or having to catch an oncoming attacker the ball has just been given away to.For millionth of time, Sarr is not covering anyone.
Biss has done less than half what Sarr has and is far below in the pecking order. Should take some lessons from our Starr-boy.
No, Sarr is really competing with Bentancur for that 8 role. Right now, I'm not sure I'd drop Sarr for Bentancur either, he's been a revelation this season, but you can't really do a disservice to how good Bentancur was for us before his ACL tear and how good a footballer he is in general. Really made us tick against United with his general play.

Going forward Bentancur is our first pick to #6 ; Sarr first at #8 and Madders first at #10.
Everything that Bissouma can do, Bentancur can do better.
On #8 Sarr and Bentancur overall quality is close, though Benta would offer more direct goal threat.
On #10 there is no dispute - Madders all the way.
In other 2 positions it bails down to simple formula - difference between quality between Bentancur vs Bissouma on #6 is bigger than difference in quality between Sarr and Bentancur on #6.
Bissouma had all the chances to establish himself as one of the first names on the teamsheet when Benta was injured and also Sarr had to miss some games. Started off well, but totally shat the bed and is now miles (if not tens of miles) behind in the competition.
You could also take Sol Cambpell or Bridget Jones.
