We should let tel know about the hotel being built

I am sure that would sway him in our direction

Also the Paris baguette deal

Utd can't compete with that , do they even have a south Korean bakery endorsement?

Where does it say it costs 300m?
nowhere.

The original cost (including apartments) in 2017 was 50m, so nowhere near 300m.

Haringey Council have stated (in their planning permission document):

The proposed building on the corner of Tottenham High Road and Park Lane, which includes a 180-room four-star hotel, a basement car park, pool, gym and serviced apartments, will cost £67.8m to build, according to planning documents submitted to Haringey Council by the club last month.

When fans are against Levy (and i can't stand the man) then they simply pluck a large enough number in order to try and prove an unfounded point, to the fools that have little if any common sense.

It's like they can't Google, Tottenham, New Hotel Cost, Haringey Council to get the actual facts.

Anyone who starts a post “my contacts have informed me…”

I’m not saying 300 million is right , I’m saying no way that hotel comes in at the figures we were given originally . He never delivered the stadium on time or on budget , you crack on with your blind faith optimism , I’ll crack on being sceptical.

Because Covid had nothing to do with building supplies and labour costs at the new stadium did it.

No new build comes in on budget, there are far too many variables.
