I call bullshit. Why would anyone on a 4-month loan without buy clauses care about a 'project'?
I’m more talking about having a HG/CT logjam at GK and now not being able to possibly register Kinsky, who I don’t think has looked much better than Austin or Forster, if better at all. Austin in particular seems like has done more than enough to be given a run.
Having to use 2 foreign spots for GKs is something we had previously been trying to avoid since Lloris/Vorm days.

It seems as simple as being that we were the most likely place for him to get significant game time the next few months. I had assumed that a deal was being based on a permanent option being included, which I would have thought precluded us. It seems the non-inclusion of a permanent option made us desirable to Tel.
I guess it’s not the most positive takeaway, but I’ll take it- we definitely could use him the next few months.
