Yeah the only iffy moment was when he got done by Amad, but he's one of the quicker players in the league and at least Souza managed to recover well. Good little lesson for him there.
As for his all-round play, he looked fine. His link-up play, while not flashy, looks solid enough and while he's nowhere near as big or strong I'd say he looks better technically than Udogie. Fairly quick too.
Early days but certainly doesn't look out of place at this level which was the main worry. Think Frank will instantly drop him for Spence if he's fit though.
He did much better than expected for his first appearance.
Saddest part is all the shit posters here who were sure he was a complete waste of money and time before he even had an appearance with us. It's obvious that's not the case. I hope these fools remember that next time we buy a young player.

Current day players also have it on the back of their game day shirt's collar.
