Dav really wasn't as bad as made out, it's just when he made a fuck up it was a big noticeable shocker.
But what summed the fans up was a 3-2 win over Villa when Toby had a fucking disaster, og, easily out jumped for Villa's seconds and Grealish had him the entire 90, yet this board decided Dav was at fault.
I think the issue with Dav was largely mental.He had the tools to be a top player - occasionally he'd get a surge of confidence and suddenly start doing skills in the box and pinging passes around - but when the pressure was on he looked like bambi on ice. The highs were high but he was liable to fall apart at any given moment.
Danso's more of a solid meat and potatoes guy. 6/7 out of 10 most games and decent penalty box defender.
Remember when Dav got loudly booed at the lane one game, compñeteñy unfairly, i felt a bit ashamed of us Spurs fans that day.

Yep those 4 in particular are giving it everything and I would also add Sarr and Souza.

He is Michael Dawson, He is Harry Maguire, He is James Tarkowski, He is Nathan Collins.

James Tarkowski is a wonderful footballer. The others are far more limited on the ball than him.
Leicester city won the league with two players just like him. Not a line-breaking speed monster in sight. You dont need 11 world class players to win things. Danso is actually a better pure defender than the two 'star centerbacks' of deeply dubious commitment that have repeatedly let us down. I think even the fan Bois can't still be pretending Danso hasn't been more responsible for getting us points when it's mattered than the others. If we don't make it and do cash in (or as Waddle suggest get rid any ways)a post Romero VDV Vicario world the bloke has to be considered as captain.
