Yeah he is nobody is disputing it but Romero is next to useless sitting in the stand suspended or consistently injured.

I am not sure. He looks so poor. Like he’s operating at .75 speed against everyone. It’s not like Brighton had a bunch of pace merchants up against him. He'll be fine down there in reality. But if anyone where to come in for him, I certainly wouldn't be upset to see him go.
There will be lots of worse CV's than him down there. But again, yes, he's not good. I'd absolutely look to sell in the summer, but don't see a market for him.I am not sure. He looks so poor. He was maybe passable until the horror show at the end but I think he was lucky to only have one error that led to a goal.
I would 100% rather Phillips take that first CB off the bench type role next season.
He's not a premier league player, he's far too slow, physically and mentally. I feel sorry for him really, he shouldn't be anywhere near this level, another horrendous piece of recruitment, the people involved in signing players this poor should be held accountable, we are getting what we deserve. He’s a Watford, West Brom central defender when they were in the premier league.
And is a big part of why we are where we are.
You rate him as a captain and how he has played this season as a centre back?
Name 5 ganes he has been very good in, this season?

Funny that because if he wasnt around we'd probably be where Wolves are right now.
Stats back that up, so does the eye test.
I was only responding to the “he will be fine” part. I guess it depends on how you classify that but for me, if he is who we plan on starting the majority of league games, we aren’t coming straight back up.There will be lots of worse CV's than him down there. Phillips will be starting next season.
Romero has been garbage and you know it. Spin and speculate as much as you like.
Like Wimmer who was awful for Stoke in the championship. People happy Romero missing the rest of the season for Danso kind of deserved this tbh. Sorry but absolutely clueless.
At that point of the game and the player you are, clear it. Saying that good players probably would take a touch but they would take a touch away from the player and definitely wouldn’t get rolled like that. Fucking shit.
Emotions are high. He's not good enough to be at Spurs, but as a championship player he's fine. He was competent in Ligue 1 which is a fast, physical league. Don't see anyone coming in for him and we'll be stuck with him.I was only responding to the “he will be fine” part. We'd be better off playing Palhinha over the pair of them, they are so poor, massive weak link if either of them play. I wouldn't even want them as backup in the Championship, would rather see promising kids than incompetent 25 year olds.He shouldn't play again for spurs. If you dont want to do the basics, then Dragusin should play ahead of him.
I’ve been a non-believer since the very beginning so it’s not a totally emotional reaction. I am generally not a fan of defenders like him, with no real redeemable qualities other than being a big lad.Emotions are high. Absolutely no where near good enough for a side like us, but he'll be okay in the division below.
I’m not a mind reader so I don’t know. We looked pretty solid defensively last week until he went off. All over the shop after.Romero will 100% be gutted that he might miss the world cup.
He couldn't give a sh!t about us. Indisciplined waste of space.
Yeah I didn't like the signing, I think he's crap. The people that are chuffed he's starting every week are ejits.I’ve been a non-believer since the very beginning so it’s not a totally emotional reaction. Again, I don’t think he’s a League 1 defender but I do think if he’s starting all our league matches, we aren’t winning promotion. Theres plenty of gray in between which is where he falls.
Romero's contribution today was better than Danso's and he weren't even on the fucking pitch.Yeah he is nobody is disputing it but Romero is next to useless sitting in the stand suspended or consistently injured.
His tears as everyone was quick to point out were for himself not Tottenham Hotspur if the , what now looks inevitable we go down Romero won’t be in the trenches with us next season he’ll be skipping around somewhere in seria A or La LigaYou sure about that?
There was plenty people who have argued otherwise, check the reaction to Romero's injury in his thread last week.
Passion merchants tho...
