We send our academy players out on loan which some on here keep saying we need to. How about getting them some first opportunities with spurs? We send them out on loan and for whatever reason doesn’t always work out. Look at Harry. Anyways what is the expectation of sending them out on loan that they become world beaters for the lower league clubs they are playing for? Why can’t we just give some of them a chance at spurs instead of always looking to buy mainly from overseas. Otherwise what is the point of all the teams under the mens Fisrt team.

The point is they learn how to play men’s football, and make some of the mistakes that young players will do, whilst gaining experience. All of the things you can’t do in the PL.

If you’re talking about Harry, he always claims his season at Millwall was the making of him. He learnt how to look after himself physically on the pitch.
