Its a bizarre situation
Bloedorn had an excellent run of matches at Aveley, possibly better or at least not worse than the new guy they brought in, yet not a word on their website saying something like 'We are grateful to Spurs for the loan of Carey who has performed well for over [20 odd] games in the first half of the season, and hope his experience here will help him throughout his career' or similar - that would be absolutely usual courtesy.
I do wonder if Aveley had breached the (possibly informal) loan deal by signing a permanent replacement mid season, despite Bloedorn doing well on loan and no signs of an injury, and hence the lack of publicity by either Spurs or Aveley - but I doubt it will be made public.
