Am I the only one a little disappointed by this?
Two it was it three years ago, I had some expectation that Dorrington would be a Spurs senior.
Now he’s nearly 21 and his progress appears to have stalled. I know he’s had recurring injuries— hamstring if I recall correctly.

Injuries the problem for a good 18 months, but they seemed to be over by end of last season and he was playing for Aberdeen in SPL quite well.

But this season he's been poor when played by Aberdeen. I am guessing he's going to Salford to be guaranteed minutes. Lets see how he is in summer

Just a quick thank you to you, Football Chap Football Chap and sudoku for all the information that you provide here and in the youth team threads. Makes coming here worthwhile.
See you in summer!

Even the players who shine in academy football, there is a tiny chance they’ll be good enough for a PL first team. Even if the potentially are good enough, they need luck to get that chance either here or at a loan club.

A few others too eg Connor Ogilvie now at Portsmouth. Looked good as LB/LCB before Poch arrived but Poch didn't fancy him, so he went on loan and didn't come back.
I'm not sure if Juan Foyth qualifies - arrived as 18 year old for Poch training (no loans) youth development for 2 years or so before moving to Villareal, now Argentina RB etc

He is up and down the pitch and has won a couple of challenges. I think Evans should take him off.
2 games in a few days.
As I type he goes down injured. He walks off on 83, hopefully just cramp.
