I was a member, then let it lapse as I was 'borrowing' a mates spare season ticket for a few seasons - I then got the season ticket transferred into my name and the loyalty points from when I was a member were added on to it!

When I got my season ticket it was in block 31 on the shelf and I wanted to swap with someone who was in block 32. We asked the club if they would swap our names on the season tickets and they were having none of it so we just ended up swaping tickets and he pays me the additional funds for the ticket on the shelf.

A few years ago they were trying to work out exactly how many fans we have (I guess for stadium funding) - and so anyone with multiple tickets in one name had to either pay £50 to make them corporate tickets or assign them to someone else.
Sorry to bump such an old thread, but I just logged into my account on the official site (didn't realise you could see your loyalty points on there) and it turns out I have still got all my loyalty points from when I had my season ticket after all, very strange, well pleased with that though.

Last season in the Champions league, I went to every game, home and away, bar young boys and twenty away.
When it came to the madrid away game, the cut off was 530, and i had 527 and after numerous emails to the club, they didn't budge. That gave me the hump, had to sit with the madrid fans.
Having said that, I've never not had enough points for an arse away game. Touch wood.
