Not necessarily the case. It depends on the formation/tactics. There are Sarr and Palhinha ahead of him in the midfield. And then you have Xavi too. The logic of "earned a start" is in my opinion all wrong. It depends.

Yeah, he moves the game left and right. He's dynamic and the overall effect is to create space. I think he could shoot a bit more tbh, as he strikes the ball well.
