Lucas Bergvall will be fine in PL as an u21 for next few years

But in UEFA he'll need to be registered on List A as an overseas trained player in 24/25 and 25/26 and in 26/27 on List B as a qualified u21, assuming that Bergvall has not been loaned out before then.

Once he's been registered at Spurs for 3 seasons (ie no loans) he will become eligible to be a Club trained player for UEFA and HG for PL.
 
You have to be at the club for 2 years to be on the u21 list (List B) for UEFA so he will take up an overseas spot if he's registered in Europe next season.

24/25 Overseas
25/26 Overseas
26/27 List B
27/28 List B
28/29- Club-trained

It's fine, both Hojbjerg and Lo Celso will almost certainly be moving in the summer, leaving us 2 spots for CMs.
