It's just that our remaining premier league fixtures are pretty much meaningless, could also be a good time to give more game time to Moore, Scarlett et al. We may as well use these games to assess and give experience to different players and partnerships, otherwise the remaining premier league matches are a waste of time.
completely agree, i just wouldnt wanna see this fat scruff be the first to actually put them two in the midfield together to start a game. they should have already started together in midfield, bissouma and bentancur have not been good enough for a loing time!

How certain are you that Postecoglou won't be here next season? I've got this feeling that Levy likes him and may agree with his injury crises excuse for our poor form. There's also the excuse about bedding in young players who will be better next season etc etc.. we have one of the youngest teams in the league, if not the youngest.

I think Gray and Bergvall are ideally suited to play as a double pivot in a 4-2-3-1, with Maddison or Kulusevski ahead of them (or Donley in a year or two).

i think bergvall has the ability to cause damage higher up too. i think he can pretty much play anywhere you want in midfield and hell do a good job. bit like modric in some ways, put him anywhere in midfield and youll get quality from him.
I think if we don't win the Europa League and have no European football next season, the squad will be trimmed, ie if Romero leaves we might not bother with replacing him. Can't see the point in Tel, Werner has to go, Maybe Bissouma too.
